minimize maintenance costs, tracking parts is key. The attached
spreadsheet contains the following fields:

To ID (enter the actual work order, equipment, cost center or
employee code that is being charged/credited)
Modify the spreadsheet as you see fit. Once everyone in your
maintenance department is used to logging parts upon check out or
return, implementing a barcode solution such as MVP Capture to track
